TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
TERMS:
All shipments will be made C.O.D. unless prior WPPI Corporate Office approval.
Open account terms are net 30, with a 1.5% per month service charge which
may be assessed on all past due accounts.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All orders are shipped best way FOB, point of origin. Unless otherwise agreed
upon by WPPI and the customer.
RETURNED GOODS:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. WPPI may apply a minimum
restocking charge of 20% to non-defective products returned. Material will
be accepted only if it is an inventoried item at the time of return and the
part must be in new sellable condition. No returns of items with alas tamers
(shelf life) can be accepted after 30 days example (seats, gaskets, seals,
valves, etc.).
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS:
All claims for shortage or damage must be made with in five (5) working days
from receipt of order. Freight damage must be filed with the carrier. Once
customer signs for freight, WPPI has no legal right to make a freight claim. |
